Portland, Oregon motorcycle cop suffering from a near death bike experience tries to overcome his paralyzing fear by entering the Isle of Man TT death-defying motorcycle race. To train for the race, he relocates to Sao Paulo where the backstreet slums offers a chance to up his game. Will he succeed in making it to the Race?
